On July 5, a dyke along the Dongting Lake in Tuanzhouyuan, Tuanbei Village, Tuanzhou Township, Huarong County, Yueyang City, Hunan Province suffered a breach, submerging 47.64 square kilometers and forcing 7,680 residents to evacuate. By 10:00 AM on July 8, the breach was sealed after relentless efforts from rescue teams working around the clock with a "rest for people, not for machines, and rotating shifts" approach. Yet, Tuanzhouyuan was still grappling with severe water accumulation, with 210 million cubic meters of water retained, presenting a complex and challenging task for subsequent emergency drainage operations.

Confronted with the dire water accumulation in Tuanzhouyuan on July 9, INFORE ENVIRO promptly responded to the urgent call from the Emergency Management Department of Hunan Province, immediately dispatching a robust fleet of 13 high-capacity drainage emergency vehicles and 50 skilled rescue and logistics support professionals to the disaster-stricken area. They joined forces with other rescue forces to form a professional drainage team, conducting intensive operations at the key drainage points near the sealed breach, showing a strong sense of duty and action.

Under the centralized direction of the Emergency Management Department of Hunan Province, INFORE ENVIRO's rescue team accurately located the key drainage points around the breach for comprehensive operations. The 13 high-capacity drainage vehicles from INFORE ENVIRO worked together, with a combined hourly drainage capacity of 65,000 cubic meters, just like "giant dragons" devouring the detained water in Tuanzhouyuan, significantly easing the pressure of water accumulation.

Additionally, INFORE ENVIRO's high-capacity drainage vehicles are fitted with extra-long booms that extend up to 13.5 meters, enabling the one-time deployment of all on-board pumps. This not only boosts work efficiency but also mitigates risks to personnel. At the rescue site, INFORE ENVIRO utilized this key advantage to support other rescue forces in the safe and efficient deployment of water pumps. Each vehicle is mounted with a robust 280KW generator set, capable of continuously generating power for 24 hours to meet the emergency electricity needs of some 2,000 households. In the face of extreme challenges such as on-site power outages, these generators can independently supply power, ensuring that drainage operations proceed without interruption day and night, with high efficiency and stability, thereby providing solid support for flood relief efforts in the disaster-hit area.

Thanks to the close cooperation and efficient collaboration of the rescue forces, including INFORE ENVIRO, the flood crisis in Tuanzhouyuan is being steadily addressed, with the water level gradually receding and the dawn of hope emerging. The mood of the affected residents has shifted from initial anxiety to growing confidence and expectation. United in purpose and effort, a formidable defense has been established for the safety of the people's lives and property, profoundly reflecting the great spirit of unity and the collective will of the Chinese nation in times of adversity.
In the face of a disaster, there are no onlookers; we are all part of a shared destiny. INFORE ENVIRO has demonstrated its commitment to its mission of "making the world cleaner and the future better" through concrete actions, and has also shown its sense of social responsibility and dedication. We are confident that, under the strong leadership of the Party and the government, and the concerted efforts of all walks of life, Huarong County will surely overcome the flood disaster soon and return to its former peace and beauty.
