According to statistics from the National Energy Administration, China's newly installed PV capacity reached 216.88GW in 2023, marking a year-on-year increase of 148.1%, almost equivalent to the total new PV installations over the past four years combined. While the expansion of PV power generation systems is rapid, it also brings about problems and challenges: improper cleaning of PV panels can lead to power generation efficiency losses ranging from 5% to 35%. Therefore, regular cleaning of PV panels is essential for maintaining their power generation efficiency.
Currently, most PV power stations in China rely on manual cleaning methods, which are inefficient, time-consuming, and costly. This approach only improves power generation efficiency by approximately 2%. High Frequency and High Efficiency
INFORE ENVIRO's PV cleaning robot features automated cruising and regular operation functions with "automatic daytime charging and nighttime operation". It can operate 1-2 times daily at a speed of 10-25m/min. Compared to the traditional method of manual cleaning, which is typically done four times per quarter, the robot significantly increases both the frequency and efficiency of cleaning. Equipped with innovative patented rolling brushes and UV-resistant bristles, the robot achieves a dust removal efficiency of up to 99%, effectively clearing dust from PV panels. This results in an average increase of approximately 20% in PV power generation efficiency. In heavily polluted areas, the PV power generation efficiency can be significantly enhanced by over 30%.

Stable Operation
To address the unique environment and requirements of PV power stations, INFORE ENVIRO's PV cleaning robot employs a "rail-mounted" structure combined with an all-wheel-drive design. The robot moves along rails suspended on the PV panels, effortlessly overcoming obstacles up to 50mm and climbing slopes with an angle of ≥20°. This ensures smooth and efficient operation. Additionally, the entire machine adopts an automotive-grade intelligent control system and a multi-level fault tolerance strategy. It continuously monitors the deflection angle and automatically corrects any deviations to ensure a fault rate of ≤0.3%. This significantly reduces maintenance costs.


Exceptional Adaptability
INFORE ENVIRO's PV cleaning robot utilizes PV panel self-powering technology and is equipped with a high-performance military-grade lithium iron phosphate battery. It operates reliably within a broad temperature range of -30°C to 65°C, with the minimum operating temperature 10°C lower than similar products. This feature makes it well-suited for various extreme weather conditions, making it ideal for use in frigid regions like Northwest China. The entire machine is designed with an IP67 rating for water and dust resistance, and a C4 corrosion resistance rating. Its parking platform can withstand wind speeds of up to level 16 (55m/s), demonstrating exceptional adaptability to various environments. Additionally, in snowy weather, the robot can automatically enter the sleep mode and resume operation once the snow melts.

Based on the smart sanitation cloud platform and the data connectivity of INFORE ENVIRO's PV cleaning robots, clients can remotely monitor real-time location, real-time status, real-time alerts, and parameter settings of their robots via a mobile APP. This significantly reduces manpower and time costs. Additionally, to address the issue of insufficient signal coverage in remote areas such as "deserts, gobi and wilderness", INFORE ENVIRO has introduced the LORA communication module solution, built on the industry-standard 4G communication. This ensures stable remote control even in weak signal areas, which significantly enhances the management efficiency for clients.
