Hubei Xiantao Domestic Waste Incineration Power Plant is located in Zhengrenkou Village, Ganhe Subdistrict, Xiantao City, Hubei Province, with a floor area of 120 mu (80,000 m²).

The designed total daily waste disposal capacity is 1,000 tons, the annual waste disposal capacity is about 330,000 tons, and the annual on-grid electricity is about 100 million kilowatt-hours.

The daily waste disposal capacity of the Phase I Project is 500 tons. The total investment amount of the Phase I Project is RMB 250 million, which is mainly used for the building of one 500 t/day reversed operated inclined reciprocating grate furnace and one 9MW condensing steam turbine generator set.

The supporting construction is to build auxiliary diesel combustion equipment, water supply and drainage systems and other auxiliary projects, as well as diesel storage tanks, ash storage, leachate collection and treatment system, flue gas cleaning system, fly ash treatment system and other storage and transportation and environmental protection projects.

At present, it receives the domestic waste from the urban area of Xiantao City and the surrounding villages and towns such as Xinchang Town, Zhanggou Town, Huchang Town and Changshangkou Town to realize the harmless, reductive and resourceful disposal of waste.
