Outstanding Annual Report and Steady Growth of Performance
At the conference, Jin Taotao, Vice President and Secretary of the Board of Directors of Infore Enviro, first explained the Company's performance in 2019. In 2019, Infore Enviro realized operating income of about CNY12.695 billion, and net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company was about CNY 1.361 billion, with a YoY increase of 46.62%. The cash flow from operating activities was CNY 1.485 billion, with a YoY increase of 227.49%. Earnings per share were CNY 0.43. The cash dividend was CNY 348 million, accounting for 25.56% of the net profit.
Jin Taotao said that the double growth of cash flow and profit explained Infore Enviro's superior management ability and provided practical guarantee for the company's high-quality sustainable development. During the reporting period, the Company actively implemented its annual operating objectives around the strategic plan of "Smart Sanitation" and its performance continued to grow steadily. The advantageous business fields such as Intelligent Equipment, Smart Service and intelligent cloud platforms have reached a new level. Among them, the sales volume of Sanitation Equipment has consistently ranked first in the domestic industry for 19 consecutive years, with revenue gained from sanitation service exceeding CNY 1 billion and net profit increasing by nearly 50%. In the future, the Company will continue to increase investment in research and development, deepen the layout of "Smart Sanitation" and devote itself to becoming a respected and trusted industry leader in intelligent environmental equipment and services led by environmental sanitation robotics.

According to the data shown in annual report, in 2019, Infore Enviro accounted for 63.29% of the revenue in the field of smart sanitation, with an amount exceeding CNY 8 billion, thus realizing the industrial upgrading from "cleaner" to "city housekeeper" in line with the industry.
