Vertical Compression Type
Vertical compression product series LYV30 and LYVS30 are designed for large and medium-sized waste stations with a daily treatment capacity of 150T-1000T. Backed by 24M3 trash can and 31T hook-arm vehicle or 31T tractor, the product series apply to various forms of architecture such as aboveground semi-subsumption architecture, aboveground full-subsumption architecture, and semi-underground architecture. LYVS series is equipped with tractors, while LYV series is additionally supported by positioner with hook arm vehicle.
Such series of equipment could prevent sewage leakage due to the design of side door and a rigid body of trash can that are not prone to deformation. The loading door is a one-piece door with sealing strip, so it is well waterproof.
The entire operation process is safe and reliable. The loading and unloading angle is small, and the risk coefficient is low. The supporting universal hook-arm transfer vehicle is safe, reliable and fully automatic without human intervention.
These products are driven by full automation and intelligent management, including automatic information collection throughout the operation. The devices are interconnected via the central control system.
