Horizontal Compression Type
Horizontal compression product series LYS100 and LYS60 are designed for large-sized waste stations with a daily treatment capacity of 450-1500t. They are supported by a rear platform for unloading as well as an ejector plate loader, so the front end can meet the total unloading capacity of 25T of after loading truck. For the back end transport, 22/28M3 trash can and 25ppb 31T hook truck are optional for assembly. Therefore, the product series could apply to various forms of architecture, such as aboveground semi-subsumption architecture, aboveground fully-subsumption architecture, semi-underground architecture type.
Performance Feature

Variable loading compression technology allows for accurate control of waste loading. Working with large differential pressure compression technology, it can make sure all the waste is compressed into the trash can, while effectively controlling the kick-back to prevent waste from clamping by the trunk door.
The push head self-compensating sealing technology is so effective that there is almost no waste stuck in the back chamber of the push head. The compressed cylinder can flexibly swing. As the push head works, the cylinder supports its flexible floating, eliminating the manufacturing error of the push head and the trash can as well as the impact of fluctuation in the push head operation to ensure the balance of the force on the cylinder, protect the sealing elements, and improve service life.
Equipment source control: closed sewage collection; civil engineering supporting: Classified collection and treatment, fish bone structure to prevent blocking, and steel ditch to prevent seepage.
3D dynamic visualized control system: real-time display and monitoring of the operation process;
Intelligent traffic control system: The fully automatic command station assigns vehicles in a point-to-point way to the designated places for unloading and packing without human intervention.
