Horizontal Integral Station
The integral waste compressor, powered by horizontal compression technology, can compress and reduce the volume of the collected loose domestic waste, and the container-detachable waste collection vehicle is used for transportation. This facility is flexible and occupies less area, and it creates less odor, causing no secondary pollution. Therefore, it is especially suitable when a new transfer station is built or an old one is transformed within the urban area where it is difficult for land acquisition or the station site is small. It applies to waste collection by human-powered vehicles and small motor vehicles.

It features wire control and touch-screen control functions, which are easy to use, and wireless remote control can be added.
It is equipped with an LCD, which could display the compressor condition and make an alarm when its workload is full, and it could also make an alarm and carry out diagnosis automatically when there is a fault.
Highly efficient and environmentally friendly
It has two pumps. When the pressure is high, one pump works; when the speed is high, the two pumps work together for greater efficiency and energy saving. The system generates less heat.
The rear door's five-point locking is patented. The sealing strip allows for freely adjustable compression volume and can automatically prevent unhooking, so the door is closely locked against leakage.
At both sides of the compression chamber, there are a discharge outlet and a cleaning outlet, which are convenient for cleaning and discharge.
