Vertical Station
The vertical waste compressor is a model developed by Infore Zoomlion based on the advanced waste treatment technologies in China and other countries. It includes several patented technologies of Infore Zoomlion. This product can be used for compressing and reducing the volume of domestic waste before the waste is transported in a closed way by special waste transfer vehicles, thus diminishing secondary pollution arising from waste treatment and significantly lowering the waste collection & transportation costs. Therefore, it creates considerable social and economic benefits.
Performance Feature

This equipment can generate huge compression force to densely compress waste, with compression density up to 0.9T/m3, while dehydrating waste.
Only the compressor, pumping station and water tank for dust fall are required at the operation site, occupying a small area. So, this product makes sewage discharge and deodorization more convenient, considerably improving the working environment.
Three relay cylinders (patented) are installed in parallel, so that the equipment is not tall, thus adapting to more buildings with different heights and reducing the civil construction costs.
The ball hinge connection is used between the discharge head and the compression cylinder to effectively protect the compression cylinder.
An integral trunk structure (patented) is used for ensuring the closed waste compression process, which is conducive to environmental protection and full automation.
The guide among the discharge head, the trash can and the column has a floating slider (patented), so it is easy to adjust and maintain.
They can be controlled automatically or manually, making the whole equipment highly resistant to faults, which provides great convenience for maintenance and debugging.
To reduce environmental pollution, a variety of devices and measures are adopted, including spray washing & deodorization system, air deodorization system (optional), sewage collection & discharge system, automatic pressure discharge closure, noise control, and pit flushing system (optional), which contribute to making waste stations clean and civilized.
Electrical and hydraulic components from globally well-known brands are utilized to guarantee system reliability.
